2025 OLT Project – Piki Ake (Years 7–10) at Magele i Sisifo EFKS Congregation
The Piki Ake project is a deeply meaningful and successful partnership between Oceania Literacy Trust and Magele i Sisifo EFKS Congregation, grounded in faith, service, and a shared commitment to uplifting our autalavou (youth) and their aiga (families). The students have been a true blessing—demonstrating respect, dedication, and a growing determination to strengthen their literacy skills, with many achieving progress well beyond expected levels.
We give heartfelt thanks for the continued partnership with Reverend Martin and Faletua Toreka Mariota. Your faithful leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the spiritual, cultural, and educational wellbeing of our Samoan autalavou is truly inspiring. It is a privilege to walk alongside you in this important galuega. Fa’afetai tele lava.
We also acknowledge Sister Oloa for her faithful service and support within the vasega, investing time, care, and encouragement into our autalavou as they grow in confidence, capability, and literacy achievement.
Through God’s guidance and the strength of this partnership, Magele i Sisifo EFKS continues to be a place where our autalavou are nurtured, empowered, and prepared for a hopeful future.
